Another V.I.E.W. is the women’s ministry at Church Alive. It is a
ministry composed of women who love the Lord and have a desire to share
His love with others. Its primary goal is to encourage women to utilize
their God-given gifts and talents to serve others--from the church
body, to the community, to the world-- while building and enhancing
their relationships with other women.
Although it is made up of individuals with many different gifts and
abilities, Another V.I.E.W. functions as a team. Together we are
actively involved in a variety of ministries, such as Missions,
Hospitality, Intercessory Prayer, Preschool Play Groups, Meals, and
other projects and are also involved in birthing new ministries at
Church Alive.
We believe there is a place of service for every woman where she can
utilize her God-given gifts and pursue her passions. We invite you to
become actively involved in any of the facets of Another V.I.E.W.

MINISTRIES (Some fall under the Interest Groups Miniistry)
Drama Ministry: Performing skits, human videos, etc. to teach and entertain.
Holiday Banquet: A beautiful evening to celebrate the holidays, filled with food, holiday décor, music, fellowship, and even prizes!
Hospitality Ministry: Organizing and providing food and décor for various gatherings.
Intercessory Prayer: Establishing a solid foundation of intercessors to pray for our ministry, church, community, nation, etc.
Meals Ministry: Providing meals to individuals and
families who have had a death in the immediate family, hospital stay,
new baby, extended illness, or who have been served by the Moving
Ministry of Church Alive.
Missions: From feeding needy families at
Thanksgiving, to supporting missionaries abroad, to providing Christmas
gifts for needy children in various parts of the world, this ministry
focuses on meeting physical and spiritual needs.
MOPS: (Mothers of Preschoolers) MOPS is a ministry reaching out to moms of every color, shape and lifestyle.
Play Group: Providing scheduled events for mothers and their preschool children.
Scrapbook Crop Sessions: Hosting scrapbook crop
sessions as a means of fellowship for women who collect and arrange
photographs and memorabilia or who are interested in starting a
scrapbook of their own.
Shower Ministry: Hosting bridal basket showers for
first-time brides and bassinet showers for first-time mothers who are
members or faithful attendees of Church Alive.
