Welcome to Church Alive's official Project Relief web pages. We have committed, as a faith family, to assisting families, specifically in the relocation process, who have suffered loss during the recent hurricane.
SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIPS
Church Alive is committed to providing practical relief to the areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina on an immediate and long-term basis.
Our first Project Relief short-term team will be ministering in Gulfport, Mississippi from October 23-29, 2005 through Forward Edge International. The team will be providing reconstruction efforts and ministry for the elderly and uninsured poor in the Gulfport area. Future teams will travel once a quarter to similar areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.
