One Weekend Gathering:  Please note that Church Alive will have one celebration on November 30th. Saturday Evening service will not be held on Saturday, November 29th.

Two Celebrations:  This weekend at Church Alive, we will have two weekend gatherings. They will be Saturday at 6pm and Sunday at 10am.

Parking Attendants:  Anyone interested in helping with parking can contact Pastor Scooter or Joe DeGrave.

Prayer for Optimist Farm Property:  Pastor Glenn is encouraging everyone to join the elders in diligently praying for our Optimist Farm land to close with a buyer.

“Contemplative Prayer” Adult Study continues on Wednesday Evenings at 7pm with Dr. Al Baker.  Royal Rangers and Mpact Girls Ministries also continue on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in various classrooms.

Adult Class:  Fred Phelps is leading a class on Sunday Mornings at 9am on C.S. Lewis’ classic, “Screwtape Letters”. It will be held in Room #601 in the Gym.

Education Wing Update: We continue to raise the funds to upfit our Educational Wing at Church Alive. Please pray about giving to this incredible need in our church.

Prayer:  Church Alive invites anyone desiring to participate in prayer before our morning celebration to contact Tina Bruno.

Any Men who desire to fast and pray with Pastor Glenn on a weekly basis, please e-mail Pastor.

Attention Athletes!!  Church Alive open gym continues Thursday evenings at 8pm. Come join others in our church & community for some exciting games of basketball.

Dinner & Discovery!  If you are new to our Church Alive family or are interested in getting involved in our faith community, we encourage you to attend the Discovery orientation on Monday, December 8th at 6:30pm in the Atrium. Childcare will be provided. Sign up week after next in your bulletin insert.

Church Alive LG’s (Life Groups) have kicked off. Please see the Life Group brochure for more info and sign up in the foyer!

Men’s Work Day for general work and repairs will be held on Saturday, November 22nd. More details will follow next week.

Ladies, our Holiday Gala  will be Friday, November 14th. Ticket sales continue today and will conclude Sunday, November 9th. We have 18 free tickets available to give to an unchurched friend.

Wisdom for Women:  Ladies, please view our website, www.wisdomforwomen.org for articles on relationships, parenting & spiritual encouragement!

Jump Zone Party Fundraiser:  Kids, ages 2-12 on Sunday, November 9th from 6-8pm at Jump Zone at 250 Premier Drive in Holly Springs. Tickets are available for $7 from the back table.

Pizza Fun Night:  Join Pastor Scooter for pizza from Assagio’s on Wednesday, November 5th at 5:30pm. The cost is $5 for 2 slices of pizza, dessert & a drink and $3 for 1 slice of pizza, dessert and a drink.

Epic Band/Vocal Practice is Tuesday, November 4th at 6:30pm in the Gathering Place. If you have any questions or would like to join, please e-mail Pastor Stacy.

Attention Dancers:  Church Alive’s Dance Ministry meets on Tuesday, November 4th from 6:30-8pm in the Atrium. For more info contact Heidi Clearman or 552-0019.

NC State Chi Alpha Meal:  Church Alive will be feeding 50 NC State students on Friday, November 7th. Please e-mail Pastor Laura if you can help with a pot of soup or side items.

Thanksgiving Outreach:  Please check out your bulletin insert for more information and to sign up for our Thanksgiving Outreach. It will be held Sunday, November 23rd.

Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit organization available to everyone dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities. Menus are available at the information kiosk in the foyer. The deadline for November orders is Tuesday, November 4th.
