Called to a higher standard
God is calling us all to lead in our areas of influence, to be an example, and expand the boundaries of God’s Kingdom. During our study we will analyze the what, the why, and the how scriptures applies to our lives to equip us for every good work.
Christians often focus so much on being loving and giving to others that they forget their own limitations. This 8-part series Group will study how to set healthy boundaries that give freedom to walk as the loving, giving, fulfilled person God created us to be. We will use the book Boundaries by Dr.'s Henry Cloud & John Townsend, which can be purchased on amazon or Alibris.com,
Defending the Faith
In 1 Peter 3:15, we are called to "always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect." This group is committed to equipping Christians with the means to better understand why they believe what they believe and to be able to explain their beliefs in a loving manner to non-believers.
