What Is Special Forces?

Special Forces is our intense discipleship program for children in 4th-7th grades. The Special Forces Ministry Team requires a large commitment of time and work. Please pray & consider whether this ministry is something that your family can commit to before applying.

Special Forces is a life changing experience that will cause your child to grow deeper in their relationship with God if they apply themselves to the training.

You can apply by clicking on the “Apply Today” button. Once your application is received, we will email you more information about our Parent Orientation and Student Interview process. Space is limited and registration closes August 29 for the fall semester and January 15 for the spring semester. Applicants will be selected based on their application and interview.
Time Commitments

Daily Devotion, Bible Study, & Prayer Journaling

Weekly Discipleship Training on Mondays from 5:30-8:00pm in Suite 127

Serving in Kids Alive at our Weekend Gatherings on a scheduled rotation

Parents will also be scheduled to help cook and serve team meals on a rotation.
Fees
Registration Fees for Special Forces cover daily devotion materials, team meals, team t-shirts, quarterly celebration events, gifts, and prizes.

Retreat at Camp Caraway
This is a two day, one night retreat at Camp Caraway for our students and leaders. We take this retreat because when we make special time to go away and seek God, He always meets us there, and He often tells us fresh things that help us grow and enter into the seasons and challenges He has before us.
This year we are teaming up with L.I.T Ministries for our summer mission trip in Rocky Mount, NC.
To save your spot, you must register now and pay a $50 deposit. The total cost is $260 per person.
