POP: Power of a Proverb

The theme for Generations…A Ministry to God’s Daughters this year is “Wisdom: Read it. Write it. Hide it.” So much wisdom can be found through an active search of the book of Proverbs and throughout the entirety of scripture. We are very excited to introduce POP: Power of a Proverb, a new bible study written by the women of Generations. In this study, we will take an in-depth look at Proverbs 4, where we will explore what it means to learn about and apply God’s wisdom in our lives.

SALT -The Power of the Grain

Salt is a mineral with various uses, and there is great power in each tiny grain. In this study, we are reminded to be the salt of the earth and each of us can contribute to the Kingdom of God. This group will journey through sections that, like salt, preserve (the wisdom of others), season (your life), and detox (your soul). When the Holy Spirit puts a dash of salt on our lives, He helps us examine those areas that need to be brought into the light of God’s word and wisdom. Join us as we journey together and learn to allow the SALT of the Holy Spirit to do a work in each of us. “Let’s season our world with SALT!”
