The Church is not a building; it's a people—a people surrendered to God, committed to each other, and focused on knowing Jesus and making him known. That is why people will always be more important than platforms or programs. We want to love what God values most: people.

Generosity is a Kingdom Mindset that makes a difference in our community. It means giving ourselves to Jesus and others through time, talent, and resources. Never forget that we are stewards, not owners, of every good gift God gives us. 

The growth we seek is intentional, not accidental. It is not about a destination but a lifelong process. Growing is learning to lead, love, and serve like Jesus. It is Biblically-centered and mission-focused—calling us to become both a disciple and a disciple-maker. 

Demonstrating excellence is not about perfection but about honoring God with the gifts, talents, creativity, and provision He's given us. It's about putting our whole hearts into what we do, knowing why we do what we do matters to God and others.
